As an AES SAP ABAP Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be part of our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in consulting services for a variety of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement and support SAP software solutions effectively
- Managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Developing and maintaining SAP ABAP programs to enhance system functionality
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP solutions
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to deliver insightful data analysis and visualization
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to align SAP solutions with client objectives
- Facilitating process improvement and optimization initiatives within client environments
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality outcomes and build meaningful client relationships
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
