As an AES Oracle HCM Recruiting Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn't clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Excelling in communication and teamwork within client-focused environments
- Utilizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management for strategic insights
