AEC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST MIDDLE EAST

Addmore Services is looking for a proactive and results-oriented AEC Business Development Specialist to help expand our business opportunities in the Middle East market.

The ideal candidate has a solid Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) background, understands the construction industry, and has previous experience with Middle East clients or markets. This role will focus on outbound business development, prospecting, lead qualification, and introducing Addmore's AEC services to potential clients.

• Research and identify potential AEC companies, clients, and business opportunities across the Middle East.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
• Introduce Addmore's AEC-related services to potential clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify client needs, qualify prospects, and determine potential business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Follow up with leads and prospects through consistent and timely communication.
• Schedule qualified meetings or calls with prospective clients for further discussion.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, communication, follow-ups, and business development activities.
• Work toward agreed lead generation and business development targets.

• AEC industry experience is required.
• Previous experience working with or targeting the Middle East market is required.
• Experience in business development, outbound sales, lead generation, client acquisition, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of AEC services and the construction industry.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident when speaking with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to work effectively in a remote/WFH environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup.
• Available to start immediately.
