Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Advisor - Commercial Land to join our team in Manila. This is a role where you will engage in commercial property sales, building relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include following up on prospects, reviewing market trends, assisting with sales initiatives, and offering professional support to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure positive client experiences
• Strong skills in Following Up and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Commercial Management with a focus on achieving business goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with the commercial real estate market or similar industries
