Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across its publisher-facing programs. This role will partner closely with Sales, Data Analytics, Vendor Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes, execute strategic initiatives, and deliver scalable operational solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience.
This is a contract role ending on 12 Feb 2027.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational programs and initiatives, ensuring efficient execution, governance, and delivery of business objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Develop and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, workflow documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support scalability and consistency.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, build trusted relationships, and influence decision-making across regional and global teams.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience in ad tech, publisher operations, digital advertising or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience managing operational programs, business processes, or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience leading global or regional projects involving multiple stakeholders across business and operational functions.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to support decision-making and operational improvements.
