Overview:

We are 100C (www.100c.io), an 8-person YouTube agency based in the United States that creates and grows YouTube channels for business owners. We need a new ADVANCED YouTube editor experienced in After Effects to take over for one of our well-established clients.

About the role:

We do all of our video editing (except for color grading and sound) in After Effects, so we're looking for a video editor who is skilled with the software. Your role will be handling all the video editing for one of our well-established clients. Your job will include everything necessary to make professional YouTube videos, such as:

• Color grading
• Trimming
• Audio post production
• Planning the appropriate visuals for each video
• Finding footage and imagery that match our clients branding
• Using AI effectively to generate custom visuals
• Laying out media
• Importing and using motion graphic templates
• Creating custom animations
• Creating AI avatars (we'll show you how)
• Finding and editing appropriate music
• Finding and editing appropriate sound effects
• Strategic editing (understanding what to cut, what to include, and how to structure it for maximum engagement)

Additional Requirements:

Below is a list of additional requirements for the job, please read through it carefully before applying:

• Advanced English proficiency
• Available the equivalent of full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
• Willing to work on weekends when necessary
• Available to start within the next two weeks
• Advanced After Effects skills: 3D, Rotoscoping, Masking, Motion tracking, Keying, Expressions
• Have a design eye: the ability to create and follow aesthetic branding guidelines
• Professional, meaning you deliver professional-grade work on time
• Highly responsive

The Offer:

If hired, we will provide free copies of all the plugins we use ($500 in tools), pay for your Magnific (formerly Freepik) and Envato accounts, and teach you how to edit videos in After Effects the same way we do.

Your starting pay will be $1,500-$2,500USD per month depending on your skill level. Once you show us that you can complete the work without needing much feedback, we will increase your monthly base by $500USD. You can also earn a performance bonus of $500USD every month. So you have potential to be making as much as $3,500USD/mo within months of starting (if you're good).
