Position Title:Advanced Associate, Benefits
Job Description: The Advanced Associate, Benefits role within Pearson's Global Benefits team focuses on reviewing and analyzing data, managing benefits audits, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive process improvements and automation. Reporting to the Benefits Business Partner, the role supports the global benefits roadmap and may evolve from global design work to local implementation support. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, matrixed environment, and a proactive mindset focused on efficiency and collaboration .
The Role is similar to Benefits Program Coordinator and HR Benefits Operations Associate
Pearson Global Benefits team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advanced Associate, Benefits who will review and analyze data. They will manage benefits audits and collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners to propose process improvements and opportunities for automation in a cost effective, robust, and scalable way.
The role will report to Benefits Business Partner with day-to-day operations aligned closely with the benefits roadmap. The nature of the role may change in different phases such as designing globally initially and then supporting local implementation.

Qualifications
I. Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
II. Experience : Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in benefits and willing to work for US Eastern Time Zone (8pm - 5am MNL time)
III. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting) with experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems (such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, ADP, or similar).
