Job Description

The Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, and Lazada Ads to maximize sales and ROI. This role combines marketplace ad management expertise with social ad buying skills to drive qualified traffic, boost product visibility, and increase conversions for the company's e-commerce platforms.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ad Strategy & Planning

- Develop paid media strategies for TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada based on sales goals, product priorities, and seasonal campaigns.

- Identify high-potential SKUs for advertising and set clear objectives (sales growth, conversion, visibility).

-Conduct audience and keyword research for effective targeting.

2. Campaign Setup & Execution

- Plan, launch, and manage product ads, live stream ads, GMV Max campaigns, and other custom ads across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, focusing on maximizing GMV.

- Prioritize high-performing SKUs and live selling events for ad investment to drive strong sales peaks.

- Leverage platform tools (e.g., TikTok GMV Max, Shopee Meta Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) for precise audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.

- Track and report GMV contribution per campaign type to ensure clear attribution and ROI visibility.

3. Budget Allocation & Optimization

- Allocate budget strategically across GMV Max, product ads, live stream ads, and other custom on-platform ads to maximize overall GMV and ROI.

- Adjust spends dynamically based on campaign performance, seasonality, and live event schedules.

- Ensure high-priority SKUs and peak sales periods receive the largest share of investment.

- Monitor cost per order, GMV contribution, and ad eAiciency metrics weekly to guide optimization decisions.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and sales per SKU.

- Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations for scaling.

- Share learnings with the e-commerce team to align on product focus and promotions.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with the E-commerce Lead to align ad campaigns with ongoing sales initiatives and platform events.

- Coordinate with the Creative/Content team to produce ad assets that meet each platform's best practices.

- Collaborate with KOL/influencer teams to boost performance via paid amplification.

6. Market & Platform Expertise

- Stay updated on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada algorithm changes, ad features, and policy updates.

- Recommend new ad formats or targeting strategies for testing.

- Maintain compliance with platform ad policies and guidelines.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 24 years of experience in paid campaign management, ideally in e-commerce.

- Hands-on experience in TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee My Ads, and Lazada Sponsored Solutions.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales attribution models.

- Knowledge of conversion optimization and marketplace sales mechanics.

- Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig
