Job Description

We are seeking specialists for the roles of Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator and Adobe LLM Optimizer, with strong expertise as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developers, to design, develop, and support enterprise-level digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Implement Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator capabilities to enable AI agents for:
    • Complex decision-making and problem-solving tasks.
    • Context understanding, multi-step action planning, and workflow automation.
  • Apply Adobe LLM Optimizer strategies to improve brand visibility in AI-generated search results and ensure content discoverability.
  • Gather and analyze user requirements provide accurate estimates and technical consultation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related functional and technical issues.
  • Maintain compliance with development standards and prepare documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to foster innovation and customer focus.
  • Ensure adherence to ADM practices: incident management, enhancements, work requests, and quality assurance.
  • Apply Agile, DevOps, and automation principles for operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on programming developments and recommend design adaptations.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

Frontend

  • HTML5, CSS3, LESS, SASS, Handlebars.
  • JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as jQuery, Angular.
  • AEM building blocks: Sightly/HTL, XML, components, templates, dialogs, widgets, policies.

Backend

  • Java/J2EE, JSP, Spring, Sling, JMS, JUnit, MVC, Eclipse, Maven, OSGi.
  • Web development technologies (Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, web services).
  • Hands-on experience developing templates and custom components on AEM (preferably v6).
  • Workflow customization and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Building and installing AEM content packages.

Additional Skills

  • Adobe Cloud (Analytics, Target, Campaigns, Forms).
  • Dispatcher configuration and UNIX/SSH.
  • Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Familiarity with AEM versions 6.4 and 6.5.

Preferred Experience:

  • Implementing AI-driven orchestration and optimization using Adobe Experience Platform tools.
  • Understanding of SEO for AI and strategies for improving brand visibility in AI-generated answers.
