Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Manager based in Makati. The Admissions Manager will oversee the admissions process, guide prospective students and their families through inquiries and application procedures, and manage enrollment activities. The role also involves planning recruitment strategies, collaborating with departments to achieve enrollment goals, and maintaining accurate records and reports on applicants. Additionally, the Admissions Manager will foster relationships with local and international school networks to attract a diverse student community.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with prospective students, families, and educational partners
• Experience in admissions management, recruitment strategies, and developing enrollment processes
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Proficiency in data management, reporting systems, and use of technology in supporting enrollment activities
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships within the education sector
• Flexibility to work collaboratively in a dynamic and creative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Familiarity with the design or education industry is advantageous
