Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dayforce Administrator / Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing our Dayforce HRIS platform, as well as building custom internal applications and integrations using Dayforce APIs.

As a client-facing professional, you will work directly with key stakeholders to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and optimize HRIS workflows to support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dayforce Administration & Configuration: Oversee day-to-day administration, maintenance, and system configuration of the Dayforce HRIS platform.
  • Workflow & Application Development: Design, build, and enhance internal applications and automated workflows within Dayforce to optimize business processes.
  • API Integration: Develop, test, and maintain new integrations connecting Dayforce HRIS with external platforms using Dayforce APIs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage directly with US-based clients and stakeholders to gather technical requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements and updates.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and integration mappings.

  • Qualifications & Skill Requirements

    Non-Negotiable Requirements:

    • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Dayforce HRIS Administration.
    • Proven experience developing applications and custom integrations using Dayforce APIs.
    • Client-Facing Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Work Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work standard US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

    Nice-to-Have / Preferred Experience:

    • Testing & QA: Ability to write comprehensive test cases based on acceptance criteria and user stories.
    • Issue Tracking: Experience using Jira (or similar tools) for bug tracking, defect logging, and task management.
    • Version Control: Familiarity with Git version control systems.
    • Agile/Scrum Environment: Solid understanding of the Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, debugging, and technical documentation skills.
