Job Description

Job Summary

Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines in the Administrative Services Function. Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams across business units to achieve operational goals.
  • Undertake projects or short-term assignments lasting several months.
  • Gain exposure to new products, industries, and functions through rotational assignments.
  • Adapt to business needs by demonstrating strong learning agility.
  • Contribute across operations and support various RELX business units as required.
  • Build competencies through diverse experiences and apply them to future roles.
  • Support continuous improvement by applying knowledge gained from multiple environments.
  • Maintain flexibility to pursue either a dedicated team role or continue rotational opportunities.
  • Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in handling varied operational tasks.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience with P2P process or vendor management
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
  • Ability to work with deadlines and has great attention to detail
  • Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
