Job Summary
Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines in the Administrative Services Function. Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progression. Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams across business units to achieve operational goals.
- Undertake projects or short-term assignments lasting several months.
- Gain exposure to new products, industries, and functions through rotational assignments.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
- At least 1 year of experience with P2P process or vendor management
- Experience with Oracle is a plus
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
- Ability to work with deadlines and has great attention to detail
- Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
