Qualifications

  • Graduate of four-year course
  • At least six (6) months experience in basic document management and office processes
  • Good communication, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills

Job Description

  • Processing of regular office supplies request.
  • Negotiate effectively and communicate clearly with the suppliers in terms of prices, terms, and conditions.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, anticipate needs, and optimize stock levels.
  • May perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.
  • At least one year experience in Administrative and Purchasing work
  • Canvassing/Negotiation/Bargaining skills
  • Knowledgeable in stocks inventory, records/ document management
  • Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills
