The Executive/Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to CEO, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CEO's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Maintain confidential information with discretion.
Support other team members or departments as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
