Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, document/report preparation, and maintaining organized files and records.
  • Monitor and maintain office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, timely repairs, and supervising utility personnel for daily upkeep.
  • Maintain updated inventory and records of company assets, properties, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with departments to address administrative needs such as office supplies, reimbursements, and Requests for Cash (RFCs).
  • Assist the Accounts Payable team by processing reimbursements, RFCs, and other related tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communication Arts, Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Secretarial, or related fields; at least 1 year of experience in technical support, administrative, or secretarial work (FENG workspace experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Open Office; internet savvy; technical support background is an advantage; strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; proactive, reliable, and able to demonstrate urgency when required.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong academic performance and active involvement in student organizations
