Role Description
- Manage and organize scheduling and appointments for executives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate and support various administrative tasks within the office.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Graduate of any four(4) years course
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skill and Competencies:
- Strong Clerical Skills and proficiency in managing documents
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and scheduling appointments
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build positive relationships
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is an advantage
- Experience integrating AI productivity tools into daily workflows to increase efficiency and output quality.
