About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing European technology company specializing in digital solutions for the education sector, is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Support professional to join their expanding Operations & Support team.

The company supports schools and educational institutions in adopting and managing digital technologies, including device deployment, software licensing, and digital learning infrastructure. As part of their continued growth, they are strengthening their operational support team to ensure the efficient processing of orders, production workflows, and operational requests.

This role focuses on operational administration and system support, helping ensure that internal workflows and support requests are processed accurately and efficiently. The position is primarily process-driven and administrative, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will support the operations team across three core areas:

  • Order Processing
  • Operational Support Tickets
  • Production Administration

You will work with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and internal operational tools to ensure the smooth execution of administrative workflows, resolve operational issues, and escalate issues when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

  • Process and manage open sales orders within the ERP system.
  • Monitor the error management view and identify issues in order workflows.
  • Perform corrective actions when errors occur, including retrying or reprocessing failed orders.
  • Escalate recurring or structural operational issues when required.
  • Process packing slips and delivery documentation when automated workflows fail.
  • Correct administrative errors such as serial numbers or missing supplier documentation.
  • Log device and school information in partner platforms prior to delivery.
  • Process Google licence orders through the ERP system.

Operational Support Tickets

Provide administrative support for operational requests such as:

  • Managing device lifecycle tasks (e.g., registering returned devices).
  • Removing devices from device management environments such as Microsoft Intune.
  • Updating delivery statuses (e.g., marking deliveries as delayed).
  • Adding structured comments and updates within operational systems.
  • Handling basic operational inquiries related to orders or deliveries.

Production Administration

Support the operations team with administrative production tasks:

  • Start and process production orders in the ERP system.
  • Monitor production workflows and identify issues in the process.
  • Assist with administrative corrections when production processes fail.

Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, operations support, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems or CRM platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting structured operational workflows is an advantage.
  • Experience working in remote operational support roles is a plus.

Core Skills:

  • Strong administrative and data processing skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in structured systems
  • Ability to follow procedures consistently
  • Good written English communication skills

Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Experience working with ERP systems for administrative tasks
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with error management or ticketing tools

Preferred / Advantage:

  • SQL knowledge (for database queries on complex tickets)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or device management systems
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency

SQL knowledge is not mandatory but is considered a strong advantage.
