As our operations grow, we are hiring a highly organised and dependable Administrative Operations Coordinator from the Philippines to support our admissions and funding processes.
This is a long-term, stable remote role requiring excellent communication skills, strong administrative experience, and confidence in handling daily inbound and outbound calls.
Position Overview
The Administrative Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth, accurate, and timely flow of student applications, documentation, and communication between students, funding departments, and partner universities.
This role requires a neutral or light British-sounding accent, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured UK processes consistently.
