Job Description:
1. Accounts cash advance for payment of traveling and miscellaneous expenses of officials and employees of the Department
2. Record paid vouchers of traveling/miscellaneous daily expenses and restores the available balance before the end of office hours
3. Supervises/signs the weekly report of disbursement of paid TEV/miscellaneous expenses for submission to the Accounting Unit to support replenishment
4. Verifies, releases at the bank
5. Prepares bond premiums every semester
6. Acts on the application/cancellation of bond
7. Assists in the implementation of technical and consultative assistance to the region and
8. Performs other related tasks.
