Job Summary:

Shall be responsible for managing employee welfare and relations through the administration of grievance and complaint mechanisms, including case handling, conflict mediation, disciplinary actions, and coordination with the Legal Unit. The position shall handle labor union relations by coordinating Social Welfare Employees Association of the Philippines (SWEAP, Inc.) activities, monitoring the implementation of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA), and addressing workforce concerns in coordination with the Legal Unit and the Civil Service Commission shall perform other-related tasks relative to the promotion of employee engagement and organizational excellence.
