ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II
Salary Grade: 11 (Php 27,000.00)
Status of Employment: Contract of Service
Location/Office: Field Office VII
Program/Division/Unit:Visayas Disaster Resource Center
CSC MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education : Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Experience: None required
Training: None required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Accountancy, Business Management, Economic, or other related fields
Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training: At least eight (8) hours of relevant experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the overall procurement activities of the Visayas Disaster Resource Center
Review and certify all Purchase Requests from the VDRC Warehouse prior to routing
Attend BAC Activities as end user representative, especially during Bid Openings
Monitor both obligation and disbursement status of all procurement under VDRC
Prepare Project Proposals
Ensure that suppliers meet contract deliverables and deadlines
Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality or delivery delays
Monitor status of billings
Prepare billings of all procured items of VDRC
Prepare contract of warehouse rentals
Route all incoming and outgoing documents to and from the VDRC Warehouse
Prepare Project Procurement Management Plan
Maintain monitoring of VDRC Framework Agreement
Prepare Certification of Availability of Funds
Process payments of warehouse rentals and utilities
Work closely with the Field Office Budget Officer to ensure effective budget implementation of NRO and QRF Funds
Work closely with the Field Office Procurement Officer to ensure effective procurement implementation of NRO and QRF Funds
Maintain monitoring of VDRC Procured Items
Maintain monitoring of Forwarding Services Utilization
