Job Description

Responsiblities:

  • Assist with daily administrative and office tasks
  • Deliver and collect documents, letters, and small packages
  • Handle document submission and follow-up with government offices, banks, and partners
  • Serve as company representative for external coordination and transactions
  • Prepare, file, and organize company documents and records
  • Answer basic calls, emails, and relay messages in the absence of the office secretary.
  • Monitor and track the status of deliveries, submissions, billing, and collections to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises
  • Perform general office errands and other duties as assigned by the immediate superior

Qualifications:

  • College level or graduate preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Honest, professional, and able to handle confidential documents
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
