Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office operations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, payments, and financial records.
  • Prepare and coordinate GST submissions and liaise with accountants and auditors.
  • Maintain accounting records using Xero Accounting Software.
  • Process payroll and maintain salary records.
  • Handle Work Permit, S Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM matters.
  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, subcontract agreements, and company documents.
  • Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government agencies.
  • Perform other administrative and finance duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in administration, finance, accounting, or HR functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with Xero Accounting Software is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with MOM, CPF, GST, and payroll processes in Singapore is preferred.
  • Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
