Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office operations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payments, and financial records.
- Prepare and coordinate GST submissions and liaise with accountants and auditors.
- Maintain accounting records using Xero Accounting Software.
- Process payroll and maintain salary records.
- Handle Work Permit, S Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM matters.
- Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, subcontract agreements, and company documents.
- Liaise with MOM, CPF Board, IRAS, and other government agencies.
- Perform other administrative and finance duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, or related field.
- Relevant experience in administration, finance, accounting, or HR functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MOM, CPF, GST, and payroll processes in Singapore is preferred.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
