Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative & Finance Assistant to join our growing property management team. This is a varied role combining general administration with basic bookkeeping and financial support. You will assist with maintaining financial records, processing transactions and invoices, reconciling accounts, managing documents, and supporting the day-to-day administration of our property operations. The role also involves regular communication with tenants, suppliers, contractors, landlords, and internal team members, so strong English communication and interpersonal skills are important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the property management and finance teams
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, spreadsheets, and internal trackers
  • Process and organise invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
  • Assist with property-related administrative tasks and correspondence
  • Update databases and accounting records accurately
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Record invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts
  • Assist with QuickBooks and other accounting systems
  • Perform basic bank and account reconciliations
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in Administration, Bookkeeping, Accounts Assistance, Finance Administration, Virtual Assistance, or a similar role
  • Experience using QuickBooks is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial transactions
  • Experience with reconciliations and maintaining financial records
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
