About The Role
As a
Customer Care - Admin, you will support Customer Success teams across Asia by ensuring smooth execution of renewals, order processing, and client administration. Your work will directly contribute to improving retention, accuracy, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Renewal Management (Asia)
- Prepare and validate renewal quotations across Asia business
- Apply approved pricing strategies and ensure policy compliance
- Align renewals with subscription timelines and billing guidelines
- Support CSMs with renewal adjustments within defined frameworks
- Order Processing & Documentation
- Review signed quotations for completeness and accuracy
- Upload documents and submit Jira tickets for order creation
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and audit-ready
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records
- Quotation & Pricing Support
- Create and finalize quotations
- Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with guidelines
- Support upsell and renewal quotation setup
- Cross-check pricing and validate data where required
- Client & Account Administration
- Process account updates (e.g. company name, billing entity)
- Validate supporting documents and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate updates with Finance and subscriptions teams
- Data Validation & System Support
- Ensure data consistency across Pricing module, CRM, and Finance systems
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to IT
- Support system testing and validation when required
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in admin, sales support, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent Time management
- Problem-solving
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
