Administrative Bookkeeper (₱35-40K | Hybrid | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Hybrid | 9:00 PM–6:00 AM | Monday–Friday

Role Snapshot

You own the integrity and accuracy of financial records across a diverse portfolio of companies, ensuring every transaction is categorized, reconciled, and reported with precision. Your work provides the foundational data necessary for multi-entity financial clarity and operational decision-making.

This is not a general clerical role. You operate within high-volume QuickBooks environments, managing simultaneous sets of books with strict attention to consistency and detail. Best suited for bookkeeping professionals who thrive in structured, multi-company settings and value rigorous data accuracy over varied administrative multitasking.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
  • Advanced to Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
  • Hands-on experience managing financial records for multiple entities or complex portfolios.
  • Proven ability to execute bank reconciliations, transaction categorization, and financial reporting.
  • Willingness to work the night shift aligned with U.S. business hours and a reliable home office setup.

Strong Signals

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with property management or real estate accounting.
  • Previous exposure to U.S.-based accounting standards and workflows.

Responsibility Pillars

Multi-Entity Ledger Management You own the financial data health for various companies, ensuring QuickBooks files are current and structurally sound.

  • Maintain and update QuickBooks files for multiple distinct entities.
  • Enter and categorize all financial transactions with 100% accuracy.
  • Review entries to ensure consistency across all company portfolios.

Reconciliation & Data Integrity You ensure that all digital records match real-world financial activity through disciplined verification.

  • Perform routine bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies within financial records.
  • Maintain organized digital archives of all supporting documentation.

Reporting & Coordination You translate raw data into usable financial insights for stakeholders.

  • Generate routine and ad hoc financial reports from QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify data accuracy.
  • Ensure all reporting deadlines are met consistently.
