As a Administrative Associate, you'll collaborate with our internal team and leadership to conduct due diligence to solve every issues. This requires a versatile individual who can handle various administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and assist with day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

What you will be doing:

Communication:

  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients as required
  • Handle routine inquiries and provide information to staff and clients

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Input data into databases and ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and update electronic records
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Project Support:

  • Assist with special projects and perform research as required
  • Support the implementation of new administrative processes and systems

Requirements

Who are we looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Associate or in a similar support role
  • ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking ability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Fast and accurate typing and note-taking skills
  • Experience with outbound calling and client communication

    • PHP 25,000 - PHP 50,000 monthly base salary
    • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below)
