Job Overview
Provide accounting and administrative support by managing tax documentation, client records, and scheduling while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow‑ups.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain organized digital filing systems and client records.
• Support the General Manager through meeting summaries, scheduling, and client reminders.
• Assist with selected stages of the tax return process, including organizers, signature forms, and document preparation.
• Collect, sort, and validate tax-related documentation.
• Create workpapers using Adobe Acrobat and input data into tax software.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery of client requirements.

Ideal Candidate
• High accuracy and attention to detail in handling documents, schedules, and records (required)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (required)
• Ability to follow structured processes and workflows consistently (required)
• Strong organizational, task tracking, and time management skills (required)
• Familiarity with common IRS tax documents and forms (preferred)
• Experience supporting accounting, tax, or administrative functions (preferred)
