Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, located in Cebu. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support executive staff with various duties, manage clerical responsibilities, maintain schedules, and handle communications with internal and external stakeholders. The professional will also ensure smooth organizational workflow through effective coordination and time management.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Familiarity with workplace scheduling and coordination
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
