People & Culture Coordinator
The People& Culture Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function. This role supports a broad range of activities including vendor and budget coordination, compliance administration, employee initiatives, and stakeholder management. Working closely with the P&C Director and wider P&C team, you will help drive efficient service delivery, maintain strong governance standards, and contribute to a seamless and positive employee experience.
As the P&C Coordinator, you will:
- Provide administrative and operational support to P&C Leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of presentations and reports, and follow-up of key deliverables.
- Maintain and coordinate the P&C calendar, aligning activities, programs, meetings, and key initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Coordinate procurement and expense-related activities for the P&C function, including vendor payments, budget tracking, documentation, and compliance with company policies and governance standards.
Support the onboarding and day-to-day management of P&C vendors, ensuring timely processing of contracts, documentation, payments, and service requirements.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, internal events, and other People & Culture initiatives, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
Partner with stakeholders across the business, including Finance, Procurement, and functional teams, to ensure efficient execution of P&C priorities and seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit trails while safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline ways of working, and support the adoption of digital tools and AI-powered solutions that enhance team productivity and employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Tech-savvy, with the ability to adopt digital tools and leverage AI-powered solutionsto improve efficiency
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and service-driven mindset
Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
