Truelancer AI is looking for participants in selected countries to contribute to a Food Image & Data Collection Project.

We are looking for home cooks and food enthusiasts who can prepare an authentic local dish and document the ingredients and final meal using their smartphone.

What You'll Do

• Prepare one authentic/local dish from your country at home.
• Weigh each ingredient using a digital kitchen weighing scale.
• Take two photos of each ingredient:
• One photo with the ingredient on the weighing scale and the weight clearly visible.
• One photo of the ingredient off the scale.
• Record the ingredient name and weight in grams.
• Document garnishes separately.
• Take a clear photo of the final plated dish.
• Record a 3–5 second video of the plated dish.
• Upload the required photos, video and information through the project platform.

Mandatory Requirement

You must have access to a digital kitchen weighing scale that measures in grams.

You will also need:

• A consumer-grade smartphone with a good camera
• Access to a kitchen
• Ingredients required for your selected dish
• Good lighting and a clean/plain background
• Internet connection for uploading your submission

Dish Requirements

Your dish must be:

• Authentic and locally associated with your country
• Prepared at home
• Prepared using the ingredients you document
• Properly plated for the final photo and video

Restaurant food, frozen meals, ready-to-eat packaged meals, leftovers and reheated meals are not accepted.
