JOB DESCRIPTION | ||
Under immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions. | ||
Functions and Responsibilities: | ||
1. Answers and makes phone calls for the office 2. Draft letters, memoranda and other forms of communication as instructed 3. Ensures that incoming documents from different OBSUs are received, encoded, and digitally stored through the existing IAS monitoring tool 4. Delivers outgoing communications, reports, etc. to different OBSUs 5. Safe keeps confidential and important IAS documents by ensuring complete and organized filing of the same 6. Photocopies important documents as needed 7. Prepares Power Point presentations as need arises 8. Prepares Project Proposals as instructed 9. Maintains and monitors the calendar of activities of the IAS Director 10. Monitors and maintains official e-mail of the IAS Director 11. Prepares Monthly/Quarterly Accomplishment Report of the IAS Director and 12. Other clerical tasks that may be assigned by the IAS Director. | ||
