Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The Finance Department Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the CFO and Finance team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves (but not limited to) managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential documentation.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Admin duties

Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements, organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes for internal meetings, and maintain confidential and non-routine documentation to effectively support the team. Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the Finance department.

  • Office Management

Manage and maintain all office equipment and supplies. Prepare requisition of supplies as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
