Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist the management team, and ensure smooth and efficient workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Organize and maintain schedules, calendars, and meeting appointments
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and communications
  • Support HR, finance, and operations with administrative requiremens
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company activities
  • Maintain organized and updated office systems and procedures
  • Provide general support to staff and management as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and work with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
