Responsibilities
- Need dedicated resource to audit invoices that may become twice a month submission. Can also provide adhoc support for arranging of workshops, meet and greets etc.
- Need someone who is good at data processing, that can automate some of the audits that need to be done that are data heavy. Can also provide adhoc support for arranging of workshops, meet and greets etc.
- With Rache working 50/50 in CP and for Wells Cost Control, we will need additional person for records management, contract/amendment routing for signatures/DOE filing and registration/archiving of contracts.
- Provide reinforcement for incumbent to handle forecasted increase in number of invoice from Drilling and Pipelaying Actvities.
- This is also to cater for PR processing, Cash Call forecast and PO Cleanup.
- Monitoring of hotel utilization vs planned; preparation of monthly dashboard per hotel utili vs planned. Share monthly report to Contract Holder.
- Monitoring of flight /business travels vs planned. preparation of monthly report and share to Contract Holder.
- Once a week reporting, month on month. Will be accountable to contract holder of hotel and travel contract.
- Request regular feedback on services (Marsman & hotel).
- Month-End Closing: Verify completeness of accruals - PO, Non PO, Supporting Docs
- Month-End Closing: Validate accuracy of accruals - SE to date, Networks, GL Account
- Minimum quarterly Inventory of Invoices - all paid invoices, including disputed payments and supporting documents (to ready documentation required for Cost Recovery Audit in preparation for Project handover)
