The Opportunity at a GlanceJoin a growing organization in the Australian legal services industry, supporting financial and administrative operations across a structured, process-driven environment. This role is a blend of accounts support and administrative execution, ensuring billing, trust accounting, and internal workflows are handled with accuracy and consistency.
You'll work closely with the Operations team, supporting day-to-day financial tasks while maintaining clean systems, accurate records, and smooth workflows. This is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working within structured processes while maintaining high accuracy.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Support accounts and billing processes, including:
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Sending receipts and billing communications
- Following up on outstanding invoices
- Record payments and assist with reconciliation tasks
- Provide trust account administrative support, including:
- Recording trust deposits
- Issuing trust receipts
- Assisting with trust statements
- Manage and organize the accounts inbox, ensuring timely responses
- Track and support payment plans and basic account queries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across systems
- Follow structured workflows and ensure compliance with processes
- Identify and flag discrepancies or issues to the team
- Support general administrative tasks across finance and operations

- Are based in the Philippines
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Are highly organized and able to follow structured processes consistently
- Have experience in:
- Administrative support, data entry, or accounts-related tasks (MANDATORY)
- Have strong written communication skills
- Are comfortable learning and working within new systems
- Are proactive and willing to ask questions when needed
What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
- Experience with Xero or Australian accounting systems (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
- Exposure to Australian bookkeeping or finance support
- Experience working in legal, accounting, or professional services environments
- Experience handling invoicing, reconciliation, or accounts admin
- Strong ability to manage high-volume, process-driven tasks
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Remote work setup
- Open to PH-based applicants only
- Philippine-based employment only
