JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direction and supervision of the Director of the Legal Service, the Administrative Aide IV provides administrative support in the areas of data management, including the monitoring, encoding, scanning, routing, filing, and tracking of incoming and outgoing documents. The position also performs liaison duties and administrative support for legal matters, serves as a designated member of or provides support to Technical Working Groups (TWGs), as may be assigned by the LS Director, and undertakes other related functions. | |||
Functions and Responsibilities: | |||
1. Monitoring, encoding, scanning, and updating the Legal Service's tracking system for all incoming and outgoing documents 2. Liaison duties - forward to pertinent OBSUs for endorsement to the Director 3. Facilitate out-going documents from pertinent OBSUs for endorsement to the Director. 4. Assist in records management duties and responsibilities of the Legal Service 5. Attend to assigned administrative duties and responsibilities and 6. Perform other related duties and responsibilities or as assigned by the Director and Lawyers. | |||
