Job Description
The Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. The role includes managing office facilities and supplies, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting procurement and vendor management when required.
- Supervise and guide administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and administrative support services.
- Ensure proper implementation of administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative requirements and operational support.
- Manage vendor coordination for office services, maintenance, and administrative-related needs.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and coordinating purchases for office or operational requirements when needed.
- Support procurement-related activities such as vendor coordination, purchase requests, and delivery monitoring.
- Ensure cost efficiency in administrative operations by monitoring expenses and identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle administrative reports and other tasks that may be assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- At least 35 years of experience in administrative operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Exposure to procurement or purchasing processes is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience handling vendors, office operations, and administrative processes.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
