Join our Business Enablement Service (BES) team to support the essential business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a Business Enablement Service professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help SGV/EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients and win in the marketplace for SGV/EY's growth and profitability. Major teams within Business Enablement Service include Finance, Information Technology Services, People Team, Learning and Development, Brand, Marketing and Communications, Risk Management, and Business Support Group.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of campus brand campaigns, strategies, and initiatives
  • Liaising between schools for establishing brand relationships and scholarship monitoring
  • Propose creative and engaging activities to support the SGV Foundation brand, and take initiative in researching trends.
  • Assists in promoting activities through different marketing channels and social media platforms.
  • Prepare cost estimates and event proposals, liaise with vendors for event services, logistics, manpower support, and event coordination.
  • Ensure that all promotional and communication materials conform to the EY Global standards and local firmwide guidelines.
  • Provide timely reports, flag risks or delays in advance, and provide recommendations to the Team Lead and key stakeholders.

Day-to-day Operations:

  • Maintains and Updates the SGVF Website
  • Represents SGVF in various events upon instruction of the Executive Director
  • Maintains records and files
  • Assists SGV Partners and Staff on matters regarding the SGVF

Meetings with Projects Committee/ Board Members:

  • Prepares presentations to the board
  • Handles logistical arrangements for the meeting
  • Prepares minutes

Institutional Grants:

  • Evaluates proposals for sponsorship from external organizations such as NGO's, schools, etc.
  • Disburses donations
  • Coordinates with organizations for proper issuance of O.R. and other relevant documents

Undergraduate Scholarship Program/ Vocational & Technical Education Scholarship/ Information Technology Scholarship:

  • Assists the Executive Director in interviewing/evaluating potential scholars
  • Monitors the performance of scholars
  • Disburses allowances and tuition fees to beneficiaries
  • Coordinates with different schools for potential/existing scholars
  • Handles a database for scholars contact details

Entrepreneur of the Year Philippines:

  • Handles donations made to the EOY Banquet (issuing O.R., Certificates)
  • Provides logistical support to the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Team

Alumni Center/SGV Store:

  • Accepts from the Alumni Center staff the daily sales generated by the store and deposits the cash to the SGVF account.
  • Assists in the SGV Store when the Alumni Center staff is unavailable or needs help.

To qualify for this role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in events management and administrative work. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Has management and organizational skills
  • Coordinates well and has strategy and planning skills
  • Is willing to work flexible hours and can deal with people at all levels in a fast-paced environment
