What You'll Be Doing
- Handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Providing customer service support by responding to inquiries and assisting with requests
- Maintaining and organizing office records, files, and databases
- Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting for the team
- Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
