About The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Admin Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pakna-an, Mandaue City, Cebu. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
  • Providing customer service support by responding to inquiries and assisting with requests
  • Maintaining and organizing office records, files, and databases
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting for the team
  • Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
