About The Role
The
Admin Services Head will lead and manage the Administration Unit responsible for insurance-related payment processing, remittances, and administrative controls. Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of premium payments, remittances, and related documentation while supporting internal and external stakeholders.
How You'll Contribute
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of administrative and payments staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and customer service within the unit
- Conduct monthly reconciliation reviews with insurers to assess service levels and drive improvements and lead monthly and quarterly report reviews to internal team to identify variances and track resolution status
- Serve as point of escalation for payment-related inquiries and coordinate closely from various business units and insurance companies
- Review and validate insurance billing, premium computations, and remittance schedules for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, and regulatory requirements related to payments
- Ensure timely processing of payments in accordance with agreed turnaround times (TATs) and contractual obligations
- Analyze payment workflows and identify process gaps, risks, or inefficiencies; recommend corrective actions
- Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Banking, or related fields
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in insurance administration, payments, and remittance processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Effective coordination and communication skills
- Customer-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
