Job Summary
The Admin. Services Assistant is responsible for prompt and accurate updating of Software record and FFE record resulting from but not limited to purchase, warehousing, delivery and installation/commissioning, decommissioning, pull-out, disposal, outsourced-repair, warranty claim, insurance claim, transfer/relocation activity, related party transaction in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Job Summary
The Admin. Services Assistant is responsible for prompt and accurate updating of Software record and FFE record resulting from but not limited to purchase, warehousing, delivery and installation/commissioning, decommissioning, pull-out, disposal, outsourced-repair, warranty claim, insurance claim, transfer/relocation activity, related party transaction in line with the Banks standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Updates FFE record and software record in inventory system. Records replacement of FFE item assigned to the Bank's branches and head office units;
- Creates record/Assigns/Generates PN; Issues property sticker for new FFE item;
- Facilitates re-issuance of property sticker of existing FFE item, transfer of booking of FFE item transferred to another business unit or other affiliates of the Bank, issuance of FFE accountability record to bank employees with assigned FFE, transfer of FFE accountability record for transferred bank employees;
- Validates and update relevant FFE inventory records; Manages issues and concerns from internal customers related to business operations; and ensures that agreed turn around time is met.
- Attends to queries and requests of business units related to Software and FFE record; Performs all work assigned by immediate superior.
- Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Bachelors Degree (College Graduate); Accounting or Business related course
- Fresh Graduate related to Accounting or Inventory Management
- Knowledgeable in Basic Accounting principles and Computer literate
- Systematic, Fast-learner, with Good Communication/Interpersonal Skills; Team player, and Adaptive to changes
- Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
