Job Description

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly
  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate
  • Experience in front desk or concierge roles in corporate offices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Can start ASAP and is willing to work longer hours
