Job Summary

Provides administrative support to all Operations teams, oversees the successful completion of projects and events, and handles specialized tasks as needed. Ensures data integrity by checking, verifying, and correcting any errors or discrepancies, and performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or related departments from time to time.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years or 4 years graduate
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft software (excel/word/ppt ) and google spreadsheets
  • Basic Knowlegde in Canva and other editing tools
  • Data encoding and Basic filing.
  • Can handle confidential information and data.
