We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Staff to support our shipping and contract management activities. The role will be responsible for coordinating shipping follow-ups, maintaining shipping ticket records, and assisting with contract administration to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update shipping ticket statistics and related documentation.
- Assist in reviewing, processing, and tracking contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and timelines.
- Support daily administrative tasks related to logistics, shipping, and contract handling.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (shipping companies, courier services, etc.) to resolve issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in shipping coordination, contract management, or express delivery administration is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic administrative tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
