Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Officer to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, patient, and capable of handling data accurately while working under pressure.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in computer operations (e.g., MS Office and relevant systems)
- Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible
- Strong sensitivity to data accuracy and numbers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Duties And Responsibilities
- Can handle property leasing Management
- Preparing Lease of Contract.
- Monitoring of Leasing Management Tracker.
- Coordination with Area Admin regarding on Rental Payment, Business Permit Payment.
- Data Gathering/Consolidation regarding on Leasing.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate with departments for administrative support and scheduling.
- Support daily office operations and ensure proper record keeping.
Working Schedule: 8:30am - 5:30pm from Mondays to Fridays
Work Location: SM Aura Tower, BGC, Taguig
