Maintain and update the inventory database and asset registry of all assets under the custody of the Asset Recovery and Management Section.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, safekeeping, and document control of all records relating to asset recovery and management.
Prepare inventory reports, monitoring reports, accomplishment reports, and other administrative reports required by management.
Coordinate meetings, inspections, field activities, and schedules of the Section.
Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
Assist in asset tagging, inventory verification, periodic audits, and reconciliation of asset records.
Monitor incoming and outgoing documents and ensure proper routing of correspondence.
Coordinate with Legal, Security, Sales, Corporate Planning, and other departments regarding documentation and inventory matters.
Perform other administrative and clerical functions necessary for the efficient operation of the Asset Recovery and Management Section.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or any related field.
Inventory management training, Records management training, Microsoft proficiency training especially MS Excel, Document control, Basic property or Asset management.
Excellent documentation skills, record keeping, inventory monitoring, MS Excel proficiency, report preparation, filing system management.
At least one to two years in inventory control, records management and administrative support.
Real estate, property management and asset management.
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory and document records.
Must possess high integrity, good communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Willing to conduct field inspections and perform inventory verification when required.
Must be able to work independently and coordinate effectively with various departments.
