Admin Intern.
Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels, and oleochemicals. What You Will Be Doing
The intern will assist the Admin Team in day-to-day administrative tasks. The role also involves providing general support to help maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the upgrade and integration of the desk booking app.
- Assist in the transition of BCP tasks, including Smart Messaging Suite updates.
- Help ensure BCP processes comply with updated OSH Law requirements.
- Provide logistical and coordination support for engagement activities and major events.
- Assist in improving Admin communication tools and drafting office announcements.
Qualifications
- Currently taking up Business or HR related courses.
- Must be able to provide MOA and endorsement letter.
