Job Description

OJT Position: Administrative and Workplace Services Intern

Purpose

Provide administrative and workplace support to the General Services Department while gaining practical experience in office administration, inventory management, customer service, and workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pantry and Workplace Support

  • Assist in preparing and serving beverages for employees and guests.
  • Help maintain pantry cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor pantry supplies and report replenishment needs.
  • Assist in meeting room setup and workplace readiness activities.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Update inventory records and monitoring trackers.
  • Support preparation of reports and administrative forms.
  • Assist in processing gate passes and maintaining logs.
  • Encode data and update departmental databases.

Inventory and Supply Management

  • Assist in monitoring office and pantry supplies.
  • Support inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Organize storage areas and supply cabinets.
  • Receive and sort deliveries.

General Services Support

  • Assist in employee and visitor requests.
  • Support company events and workplace activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the General Services Officer.

Qualifications

  • Preferably enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Hospitality Management or related program
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
