Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related course
Preferably with experience in construction, electrical, or engineering industry
Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willing to work in both office and project site environments
Able to learn and work with ERP systems
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to project engineers, supervisors, and management
Handle document control including permits, contracts, reports, and project files
Assist in coordinating requirements between site teams, suppliers, Sales, and Accounting
Support procurement activities such as Material Requests (MRF), Purchase Requests (PR), and supplier coordination
Assist in warehouse and inventory monitoring of materials, tools, and equipment
Help ensure accurate records, timely submissions, and proper filing of all project documents
Support implementation of site administrative policies and reporting requirements
Perform other related administrative tasks as needed
